Anita Patel Red Peppercorn’s owner and Chef Anita Patel’s life-long passion for cooking began at an early age and has been heavily influenced by the street food in India. These simple dishes which are bursting with flavour form the backbone of her cooking. She aims to combine Western techniques with traditional, rustic cooking from all over the world. Her ethos is to provide good quality Fusion food with excellent service in a cosy, relaxed atmosphere.
